Thursday, July 14 - Alexsandra's Tiki Vintage Fashion Show $10 Cover at event

8 PM: Enjoy a cocktail and stock up on tropical frocks for all the summer's soirees and galas! This event is the prelude event for the Tiki Kon: Tabu! weekend of revelry. Every ensemble (and additional jewelry, hats and clothes) is for sale on site. Enjoy the songs and Mai Tai fueled witty banter of AlexSandra and Tony while a bevy of beautiful ladies parade the finest of hot weather wear, including hard to find vintage swimwear!

Friday, July 15 - Tiki Kon Kickoff Tickets $5 at door

9 PM: You are cordially invited for a night of intrigue, music and cocktails with a trio of Portland's most exotic surf rocking bands to celebrate the start of this years Tiki Kon. Enjoy Guantanamo Baywatch, Wavesauce, the Surf Weasels and DJ Drew Groove at Ella Street Social Club!

11am: We start our day with a visit to THATCH, Portland's uniquely 'modern' Tiki Bar. Then we'll board the 'Bus of Rum' to go visit the "ScooTiki: Mods & Gods" Tiki art show at Elroy Artspace gallery, where you'll see your favorite Tiki artists, try the new ColonelTiki.com signature 'Scootiki' tiki cocktail and see/buy the new "Scootiki' mug by MUNKTIKI! We'll finish the afternoon at ??? (stay tuned!)

Night - Tickets Available!
7pm: The Tiki Kon IX: Tabu! evening extravaganza at the Kenton Masonic Lodge. Signature cocktails and food will be served in the Forbidden Terrace overlooking the dance floor and stage. Delight in the sounds of the Lava Lounge Orchestra and DJ Drew Groove's audible exotic delicacies. Be amazed at the Tabu! marketplace of decadent sundries. Don your finest and don't forget your dancing shoes!

11am-7pm: The 9th annual Original Home Tiki Bar Tour starts with brunch at Portland's longest-surviving and still thriving Alibi Lounge. From there, you'll be whisked away for a tour of Portland's finest Home bars. You'll visit old favorites such as the Castaway Cove as well as be treated by surprise stops and ohana along the way!
